200 Years of Aegean Gastronomy

2021 is a very special year for Greece, as a series of events and celebrations is organized for the 200 years from the Greek Revolution of 1821. As part of this initiative, Iosif Sikianakis along with the acclaimed chef Argyro Barbarigou embark on a journey to explore the 200 Years of Gastronomic Evolution of the Aegean Islands with a book dedicated to recipes, tips, history and the tastes of the Aegean Sea.
